Patrick Norton is as an international arbitrator affiliated with Arbitration Chambers, an association of independent arbitrators headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Hong Kong and the Middle Temple, London.  Mr. Norton has previously served as a partner in leading international law firms in Washington, DC, London, Beijing, Shanghai, and Atlanta.  He practiced law as a registered foreign lawyer in China for more than six years (1999-2005) and as a registered foreign lawyer in the U.K. for two years (2012-14).  Mr. Norton previously served as a senior attorney with the U.S. Department of State for nearly a decade and as counsel to the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.  He has particular expertise in international arbitration and international anti-corruption investigations and has published extensively in those fields, as well as public international law, international commercial law, and Chinese law.
